LINCOLN (CBS) – A 27-year-old man will spend at least the weekend in jail after allegedly driving drunk with a kid in the car.

Lincoln police say they arrested Dingsit Yam Saturday morning after determining he was drunk.

Police say there was a child in the car. It?s not clear how old that child was. That child was not believed to be injured.

Yam will stay behind bars until his arraignment on Monday on charges of OUI-Liquor and Endangering Welfare of a Child While OUI.
