While it looks like Welker is good to go against the Colts Sunday afternoon, Carroll says don’t expect much from the Pats’ slot receiver.

“They’re leaning towards having him play, the question is can a Welker that doesn’t have the lateral quickness do as much? The answer is no,so you have to look at your options,” said Carroll. “I would stay away from him today; he’s a true game-time decision. I do think he’s going to play, but I don’t think he’s going to play well.”
